Tracy Naggirinya, now a 20 year old law student and Administrative intern at Mukisa Foundation, first joined the Mukisa family at the age of 3, following a medical complication that resulted in developmental delays. Through the dedicated support of our Health & Rehabilitation and Education Support Programs, Tracy transitioned from early therapy into mainstream education, an inspiring journey of growth and determination.

Her mother also became a beneficiary of our Social Economic Empowerment Program, receiving both training and a startup grant that helped stabilise the family’s livelihood. This foundation of support created the environment Tracy needed to thrive academically and personally.

Today, Tracy is not only pursuing her dream of becoming a lawyer but is also a passionate advocate for the rights of persons with disabilities. Her story is a powerful testament to the impact of Mukisa’s holistic, family-centred approach and a shining example of how early intervention and sustained support can lead to long term transformation
